Welcome to ReelsFX. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

ReelsFX offers animation, invitation video creation, and social media content services. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each project will be agreed upon during the consultation phase and outlined in a formal agreement.

• Provide clear and detailed requirements, including any specific content, branding, or creative elements.

• Deliver necessary files, assets, or information promptly to ensure smooth project execution.

• Approve drafts and revisions within the agreed timeline to avoid delays.

ReelsFX offers a limited number of revisions based on the project scope and selected package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.

• A deposit (percentage agreed upon) is required to initiate the project.

• Final payment must be completed upon project delivery.

• Payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

• Final deliverables will be shared in agreed formats such as MP4, MOV, or others.

• ReelsFX ensures timely delivery based on the project timeline; however, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or client inaction are not the company’s responsibility.

• ReelsFX retains the rights to use project deliverables for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients hold the rights to the final product upon full payment but cannot resell or redistribute without prior consent.

ReelsFX will not disclose any proprietary information or project details provided by the client to third parties without prior consent.

• ReelsFX is not responsible for how the client uses the final product or any outcomes resulting from its use.

• While we strive for error-free deliverables, clients must notify us of any errors within 7 days of delivery for rectification.

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Refunds are not available once significant work has been completed.

• In the event of a cancellation, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date.

ReelsFX reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any terms or engages in unethical behavior

ReelsFX reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
